  1. Prepare materials and tools needed. Feel free to cut/print the molds yourself. I will also be selling the molds (🔜™️).

  1. Put together the four pieces, make sure the two openings for the entrance and silicone tubing are where you want them to be. Secure them with clips.

  1. Ready the 3D printed sand mold on the acrylic base. Leave some space between where sand and magnets will be.

  1. Pour sand into the sand mold.

  1. Add enough water for sand to stay in shape. It is recommended to experience a few times to find the right amount of water needed.

  1. Shape the sand for the water reservoir to fit.

  1. Ready the water reservoir and acrylic walls from step 2.

  1. Place acrylic mold on top of acrylic base. The water reservoir should also fit in the sand shaped in step 6.

  1. Add a small amount of sand by the water reservoir and sand to make sure no space is left for the plaster to flow in.

  1. Secure the acrylic bottom and acrylic walls with clips.

  1. Note that the water reservoir and acrylic bottom should not be touching, leave some space so plaster can cover that area.

  1. Add tubing to where you want the entrance to the nest will be.
